Huron Valley Schools welcomes bidders to submit proposals in response to our Requests for Proposals (RFPs). RFPs become available on this web site on the day they are released for distribution.
Bidders may be required to attend a mandatory bidders conference as indicated in the RFP. Please take note of the due date, time and location as proposals arriving late, or at the wrong location, including those delivered by courier, may not be accepted.
All interested bidders must register to gain access to download any RFP. Registration is only required once, and will provide you with a password to download the RFP documents. Your login and password will be required before download so that we can track which bidders are potentially bidding on a particular RFP. Since we use this information to distribute additional bulletins, and inform bidders of any changes for a particular RFP, the completeness and accuracy of the information on the bidder profile is solely the responsibility of the bidder. Failure to provide accurate or up to date company name, E-mail address, fax, or phone numbers may result in not receiving pertinent information and subsequently submitting a proposal that is rejected for noncompliance.
